Deposits are fully refundable within 48 hours of payment, provided no vehicle has been purchased on your behalf.
Cancellation after sourcing
Once a vehicle has been won at auction or purchased, deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another vehicle.
Service fees
Administrative and clearance fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.
